Smoking Absolutely no smoking inside the condo. Please keep smoking outdoors, and not within 25 feet of the other condos.
Pets NO PETS We love pets but ask that you leave yours at home as we have renters that are allergic to dogs and cats.

Maintenance Emergencies 24 hour pager Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests
Terms of Eviction Immediate Eviction Will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals!
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 11 people Strictly enforced.
Property Damage Guest will pay for all damage incurred while the guest is staying in the property, even if the the offender is being hosted by the guest By accepting our guest stay contract, you agree to pay us for all damages you incur
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property. To protect yourself while traveling, considering purchasing travel insurance.
